松浦嘉也/Yoshiya Matsuura幼い頃から、教会音楽に親しみ育つ。父の影響で音楽に興味をもち、幼い頃から父親にドラムを教わる。11歳 教会で演奏を始める。 高校生の時にRon Brown氏(Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross, Whitney Houstonなどをサポートする世界的Sax奏者)と出会い、ミュージシャンとして大切なGrooveを学ぶ。2009年に憧れのWill Kennedyのワークショップに参加, プロドラマーとしての大切なグルーヴやスピリットを学ぶ。2010年にはJ-Streetのレコーディングに参加、サックスプレイヤー安武玄晃のステージに参加。2011年、ゴスペルクアイヤーのドラマーを務める。その後18歳で3か月、１９歳で本格的にLAに渡米。Ron Brown氏の紹介により、Michael Jackson Tour Band,Yellowjackets...などに参加したドラマー Ricky Lawson氏、Stanley Clarke Band,George Duke...などと共演、またModern Drummerにも選ばれているドラマーRayford Griffin氏の元に弟子入り、また他にもIajhi Hampden氏 (Grammy NomineeアーティストChip Crawford, Kenny Garrett, Macy Gray, Sy Smith, Norman Brown, Jessy J...etcなどをサポートするドラマー) Gorden Campbell氏 (Modern Drummer 今までの共演者はGeorge Duke, Jessica Simpson, Earth,Wind&Fire, Mary J. Blige, Beyoncé, Whitney Houston, Eric Benet...etcなどをサポートするドラマー)Kenny Elliott氏 (Stevie Wonder, Al Green, Lionel Richie, Paul Jackson Jr, Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles...etcなどをサポートするドラマー)に師事。同時にMPA(Music Performance Academy)に入学。その後、Rose Royce, Diana Ross, Stevie Wonder, Earth Wind & Fire, Michael Jackson, The Jacksons…などと共演しているOld schoolのミュージシャンから, Jennifer Lopez, Ariana Grande, Moon Child, Scary Pockets…などと共演してるニュージェネレーションのミュージシャン、ミュージックディレクターらと、ライブ、フェス、レコーディング、テレビ等の共演を多数こなす。グラミー受賞伝説のモータウンアーティスト(The Supremes)スプリームズ、(The Temptations)のLouis Price等と共演。黒人教会にて、Alex Al (Michael Jackson…etc Bassist)ら世界的なミュージシャン等とホストバンドとして毎週共演する。また、Eric Benet, Shanice, Kenny Latimoreなどの、オープニングアクトも務める。オスカー受賞しているアクター、Michelle Yeoh, Ke Huy Quan、EWP(East West Players)56th Anniversary Visionary Awardsにドラマーとして参加。またLos Angelesで有名な黒人教会 Faithful Central Bible Church でのドラムクリニック(MIA Drum Clinic)に講師として参加。MIAドラムクリニック過去には、Calvin Rogers, Teddy Campbell, Sheila E, Chris Coleman, Gorden Campbell and more....が参加している。2020年リーリス さかいゆう アルバム"Touch the World" に参加2024年日本に帰国し、Takuya kuroda, MIHIRO 〜マイロ〜, JASMINE, DEAN FUJIOKA, Hiphop界隈では, Kvi Baba, idom, SALU, KEIJU, AKLO, etc…共演している。今はGospel, Funk, Soul, R&B, Hiphop, Smooth Jazz, Neo-soul など幅広く演奏している。今までの共演者: The Supremes (Motown artist)Louis Price (The Temptations singer)Barbara Morrison (GRAMMY nominations artist)Alex Al (Michael Jackson “This is it” film, and many others Bass Player)Brandon“PastorFunk”Brown (The Jacksons music director, and many others Bass player)Bobby Lyle (Sly & the Family Stone,George Benson, and many others Keys player)Cornelius C.
