The Mirror Rule
"A Wonderful Thing" is like my baby.
My sister did the drawings, and I wrote
the story in rhythm and rhyme. There is
a CD with four different ways of listening
to the story. There is a regular narration,
a narration in 3x speed to get the English
into your right brain.
There is a drama version so you can hear
various native English speakers'
pronunciation. And there is a rap version
which I produced in Seattle, Washington.
I recommend listening to the rap version
while reading the story for the first time.
It's a lot of fun!
The rapper, Jack Dean, does an excellent
job. The pronunciation is very clear,
and it sounds cool. My nieces and nephews
sing a chorus, and I think they sound cute.
